What ever messes your life up the worst.There alot of "bad drugs", met, h,pcp crack . they are all bad.You know a drug is bad when you are doing things for the same sex for money/drugs.(and not gay).Evil comes in many forms.The drug that is the worst depends on who yous ask.alcholol can mess people up,so can meth,crack.Pussy is a drug to some.Gambling others.They all suck when they effect you adversely. Getting to your question, Meth is the worst because it can rob u of everything including your soul very quickly.F them all don;t do any cause they all are bad.

It's a toss up between Meth and Crack. For me prsonally Crack messed up my life more. I quit Meth and was very badly addicted to crack. That's when trouble stated... didnt eat..didn't sleep...to busy getting high to do anything... get fired from job... have no money... cant pay bills... husband in jail.. im on probation... lots of fines... it sucks. But I know that Meth does the same thing to lots of people to. SO yeah it's a toss up between those.

I am agreeing with all the meth answers that stuff messes you up if all the before and after pictures i have seen are anything to go by.

They basically do nothing, yet you are so addicted.
You get 'satisfaction', but what kind of satisfaction? The Gov and the cigarette industry have a good scam going on.
It is easier to quit heroine.

Crack cocaine
It's the only drug I've never seen one person ever truly get off of and stay off off, once they were hooked, which happens immediately.
I have seen people get off of crystal meth. It's not easy but it can be done. Not crack.

Ecstacy. It is the worst drug because you could die the first time you try it. It causes the blood in your brain to boil. It causes brain damage and you die instantly. Worst drug ever.

Heroine Meth is overrated. Much easier to kick, not that it is easy. Opiates have more actual physical addiction.
