I'm straight so I always dated women. Now I'm married a woman. It's none of my business if Joe down the street wants to marry Jim and neither is it the governments.

I love God and Jesus so I beleive in Christianity. That's what works for me and my family. It's not my place to force it on others. If Bill is a Wiccan and Bob is Athiest and that's what works for them it's none of my business.

I hate abortion, stem cell resaerch, artificial births so I just don't support. I used to be against it but now I see it as none of my business.

Or Vegans, don't like meat and product from animals than just don't eat meat. Don't buy animal products. But it's none of your business if I eat meat.

I had a brief period of unemployment and re-hired at new job where they are processing the court ordered amount. I wondered if anyone knew, in state of Nebraska, if the payee, has the right to know my new place of employment. the Child Support NE websites cater to the recipients of child support and payors are treated like criminals. I can't get straight answers from website or state officials. they want you to call during business hours, a specific case worker, who doesn't even know the FAQ's on their own website. I've told written the child support staff I can't call to discuss during busines hours as new job means training and very little privacy for such personal matters. But they answer every emails with the same auto reply "you need to call blah, blah, blah" and when I can even call, my case worker is out, and they want me to call back when convenient for THEM. It's all very demeaning and nearly impossible for a payor of child support (and diligent payor) to get respect.

my ex roomate recently confessed that last year she opened a bank acct in her name but used my social sec& driver lic # cause she couldn't get approved w/hers.she opened it over the phone..then proceeded to deposit checks made out to her off a closed acct she had at another bank & withdrew the money before they had time to be returned..she was asked for ID once & since it was her name on it & the acct they just looked at it for a sec & gave it back to her w/the money.total it was close to $700..bank closed acct & charged it off.it's on her credit report & my SS# is listed under SS# variations. i've requested all 3 bureau reports for me.
?'s:
will it be on my cred rep&chexsystems?
how did they report it on hers if all they had was her name-does that mean they investigated & it'll be easier for me to resolve?(she thinks they're "watching" her now since it's on her cred report & all they had was her name)
why didn't the bank contact me if they discovered the fraud?

thanks!!
thanks

Neighbor damages siding on my house by throwing a piece of rebar at it in anger of me putting up a fence on the property lines and police say it's not good enough to pursue, won't even type a report about it? Have witness to prove what happened but police said because we didn't see where exactly it hit the house, not good enough? Already took pictures but police didn't care?

i'm currently a sophomore and my worst fear is that it may affect my school. i work for 4:15-9:15 and all my friends work up to 8:15. During my interview I was asked what is the certain time i can work, I acutally don't know so I estimated about 4-5 hours a day in a School day. so i guess i'm screwd by maybe giving the wrong information?

I would feel more comfortable about death knowing I could be buried in my car sitting on the driver seat with all my belongings stored in there. Yes I know all would disentegrate but it would still be comforting as opposed to being placed into a box that I may only see once if I do a pre arranged funeral.

My son was required to sign a form in order to park his vehicle on school property. It had the basic stuff like: Must park in designated student areas; Must follow speed limit on school property; etc. There is also a rule, #6, that states exactly (I'm writing it directly from the form): "Vehicles parked on school property are subject to inspection and searches by school authorities with or without the assistance of law enforcement officials and specially trained dogs. These inspections and searches can be conducted without notice to or the consent of the student." Ok, first of all, I understand the whole, "for the safety of the student" thing, but there is also something called the US Constitution and the 4th Amendment which specificaly states that this type of action is illegal. This is a public school and an open campus. For me this is about rights, not admission of guilt. So, if you say, "If you have nothing to hide, then....." I'd rather not hear it. Thx for all replies.

i'm a bit confused. 2 years ago, i was sued for eviction/non payment of rent but decided not to go to my court date to plead my side, so it was an automatic judgement for my landlord/property mgmt company and i had the time allowed by law to vacate the property. i have never paid them a penny and now it's on my credit report under mortgage accounts with the account number field XXXX and really looks like a credit card type entry...BUT i have nothing in my public records and i've searched the case database in the county where it was for my name, SS#, DL#, everything and nothing comes up under me.
Does anyone have a clue to why this is? And please don't lecture me on being sued and not paying them...I'm not making any excuses for the situation and I have made the changes in my life needed now to look at it and be ashamed of myself.

The person is blatantly taking a video of a person, that already stated did not want to be video taped (the person was a visitor for another person that lives in the home). The visitor was neither stealing or causing any problems to the person videotaping. The visitor was there to help a relative and give the relative (person that lived in the home with the video taper), a ride to safety. In other words, a person has the right to harass and mentally abuse another just because that person is in his home?

Is it legal to suspend a student from public school for something that didn't happen AT school?

this is my district's procedure: http://district279.org/who/polpro/policy514.cfm

It says that it is in affect "...at any time or any place..." directly in the policy, but is it legal for their jurisdiction to be that far?

Also, the incident at hand was partially created at school, however the act in itself wasn't bullying.
A student took a video of another student and put it on youtube. The student who was video'd found the video on youtube, and now the video-taker is suspended. Is this a fair move by the district?

I live at college, and my school conducts "life safety inspections" once per term. Apparently they have a rule (I couldn't find it looking through the student handbook) that allows two RA's to master key into any room to perform the inspection. My RA made use of this rule while I was just down the hall in a friend's room. I had no warning that this was going to happen, except for a sign over by the elevator, which I did not notice. I feel as though my rights have been violated. Do college's have some rule that makes their room's exempt from the fourth amendment? Is this an "unreasonable search?" Does it have to be an unreasonable search and SEIZURE?

He brings out issues like Judges’ fallibility and impeachment provisions. Does it not amount to a threat against Judiciary and calls upon the Judiciary to take action against musclemen politicians? The joke of the day is China loving five-star COMMUNIST KARAT talks of parties’ DEMOCRATIC rights, which Supreme Court dictates, are not above individual citizens’ rights to live a normal life. Does the Minister believe that his party’s all decisions are infallible? Is it not time that the Supreme Court which is the only hope for the Indian citizen in the prevailing situation should also sport its muscles and keep the erring politicians under check.
