The biggest hurdle is expense. Most states require that you be buried in a sealed (usually concrete) container. So you will need a triple wide grave site and a triple wide concrete vault. Plus a crane to put you in.
Your big issue is your selfishness and fixation on material possessions. Your desires will make a circus out of what is a solemn and important rite for those left behind. Remember, weddings are for the bride and funerals are for the living.
Like one of the people said, when you die it doesn't matter what you are driving or how much stuff you have.

Most places wont allow anything like that, unless the vehicle in question has all the caustic fluids, the rubber parts and the battery removed beforehand, so as not to contaminate the groundwater.
Used to be rich Texans were buried in their Cadillacs, but that practice has pretty much gone by the wayside.

You can be buried in your car... it's been done lots of times in various locales....but it will be very expensive, so better leave about $100k for it in your will, as well as the cost of a very large gravesite. It would be cheaper to be buried with your bicycle.

Haha.
Though once you're dead it really doesn't matter.
However, I like your idea!

put it in your will and leave enough money to dig the hole - you should be all set for eternity. :D
