He instant messeges them with does your mom do this or that and tries to get them to say things bad about me and prommises them things he never will give them. He is 15,000 behind in child support and hasn't ever baughten them anything they needed. I work my but off to support them on my own and have been going to court the past year to get a dime out of him, I just cant see why he isnt in jail, Hes ruining my children and my relationship with them.

i'll try this again, but i realize you have no question and just want others to agree with you. why not admit you have no desire to have him be a part of their life? He is their father and you can't change it. he has as much right as you to see your children. forget him and yourself,it is no longer about you two children that can't get along. you have kids together, for their best interests you must work together. get over your hate and yourself. the children are the only thing that matters at this point, not you or him. now give me thumbs down for the truth.

added. i have actually been dealing with all of this for almost 25 years, including winning custody without a lawyer

A restraining order will do little but make him seem the victim. He is probably using the "I can't visit my kids because my ex won't let me" card. Of course, failing to mention that its due to not paying child support makes him seem the victim.

For starters, contact the bailiff of the judge who handled the child support hearing. Ask the bailiff for contact information for your state's child support offices and ask for a recommendation on who to talk to about the harassment.

Next, contact the child support office and ask what is being done about the $15,000 owed by your ex. If you have any information, such as a current address or the license plate number of his car, it might help them to find him.

I doubt you will ever get the warm glow of revenge while he is busting his but to pay the state, but at least you will have the funds you need to raise your children.

Move and change your numbers. Only other alternative is a permanent restraining order forbidding contact.

difficult situation yet he remains their father and that i might attempt to get alongside for his or her sake. enable it go and ignore with regard to the undesirable and finally the message would be despatched. existence is in basic terms too short to waste.
