ok so about 3 weeks ago i recieved a drug paraphernalia charge , im 17, in minnesota . ive been waiting for a court summons ,. and now im wondering if im gonna be charged with any thing , does any one kno what ill get from this?

Call the clerk of court in your county and ask them about it. If you were arrested or cited for paraphernalia then you should have gotten a court date at that time.

Talk to the county DA's office where you were charged. Ask them if they are going to bother pressing charges, if so what is the status on the case.
If you are uncomfortable talking to the prosecutors, talk to the public defender's office in the same county.
As a minor, you will probably get a punishment, but the record will be sealed and nobody will ever know.

slap on the wrist.. a misdemeanor at best. they just want to scare the hell out of you.
