The joke of the day is China loving five-star COMMUNIST KARAT talks of parties’ DEMOCRATIC rights, which Supreme Court dictates, are not above individual citizens’ rights to live a normal life. Does the Minister believe that his party’s all decisions are infallible? Is it not time that the Supreme Court which is the only hope for the Indian citizen in the prevailing situation should also sport its muscles and keep the erring politicians under check.

The reality in this country is that illiterate people & misuse their voting rights & vote these corrupt politicians in power. The Supreme Court in its maximum capacity as the guardian of the constitution try protect the democratic set up of India & wants law & order to be maitained,but these politicians are the real law breaker. What Supreme Court held regarding the Tamil Naidu Band was absolutely right but the T.N. government & its foolish politicians think they are above law & can do as they wish. As far people like P. Das Munshi of Congress who encourage these DMK politicians are doing so to remain in power in centre, they don't have any sympathy or support for DMK politicians as they very well know by supporting them & their cause it will be tough time facing the Hindu vote bank of the country. As far as the communist poticians are concerned they are just like that monkey who got a piece of turmeric & started considering him as a grocery merchant, they are good for nothing & can't do any good for the country or its people. Unfortunately people of two States West Bengal & Kerala only support & bring these Communist in power in their individual states but on national front their standing are minimum. All these politicians have brought this country to the stage where we the People of India sometimes feel ashamed to face other people of the world. Just punish these politicians & throw them in the Indian Ocean to save our great country.

The violators of the Supreme court judgement are those of the ruling party. They may have this advantage in mind for pursuing in violent activities. The media supported by the opposition has already started projecting the news of this hunger strike as complete disobedience of Supreme court and its judgement. The CM should keep in mind the comforts of his state people rather than maintain his status in the Central Government. already most of the govt offices, private concerns, schools and colleges have been announced as to be closed today(monday), so they are not going to open today.. So whether there is going to be a bandh or hunger strike today, there is definitely going to be lots of discomfort in all essential services.. There must not be any future activities of this sort. We can crib and moan all we like about the politicians, it does not bother them. Supreme Court cannot set everything right even if it wanted to. In a democracy we have another option, and that is to get involved with the electoral process from which politicians derive their power. Organize and beat them at their own game.

Supreme court is right I think apart from giving a right judgement its also trying to give out a message to the Central govt. as well as state that their behaviour has crossed all limits of tolerance and decency not to mention misuse of democratic freedom.

What right the supreme court has to dictate the behaviour of people's representatives ? It is a state issue and no body can enter.

Why supreme court is not ordering to eradicate poverty and starvation ? Why supreme court is not intervening the misappropriation of funds by every governement ? Why SC not concerned about the twenty thousand dowry deaths in India ? Not a single husband or his family so far punished for buring their wives.

for this we,people of India ,give the post of judge a handful of salary, power,respect.and pension.
we all know before their elevation half them practicing law

half of them from service .

it's time that the errand judges who are seen proactive in one known direction are reigned in. the parliament is supreme in a democracy and not the utterances of a few Apex court judges. the judciary must follow the dictat of the parliament and not otherwise.
