Probably if they don't call the cops or something. But i will say you will get in trouble. But it's still kinda funny. LOL

What's funny about your "privates?" Nothing major, eh? Well, it's a violation of state and federal laws regarding publication of obscenity. Hope you enjoy being funny in prison, since you are now probably on the list of cellphone messages of interest intercepted by our friends at Homeland Security.

If they didn't ask to receive it... yup.

That'd be the electronic equivalent of flashing someone on the streets - only now you're really screwed because they've got photographic evidence & your phone number.

if they didnt ask to, its probably considered like exposing private parts or something along those lines
