workers comp dr. says nothing is wrong with my husbands knee's "quote" you have knee's of a young man! lol ya ok!
so husband went to get second opinion and dr says his knee's are shot.
We are looking into getting a third opinion. If the third opinion comes back the same as the second Im wondering if we should we contact a lawyer for a possible lawsuit against the dr? How the heck can a dr say nothing is wrong if something is wrong?

I am really stunned that a man is sueing Jet Blue airlines stating discrimination. He is of Arabic descent and wearing a shirt that is written in Arabic saying "WE WILL NOT BE SILENT". He states he was intimidated but what about those travelers that were intimidated by him? Now he will be awarded money for this. This is outrageous! If I were wearing a similar shirt in his country I'd be shot and beheaded. What was he thinking? Lets weigh this and see what happens......
100 people on a plane 98 are intimidated by this guy and he should be rewarded. Lets face it he has only been here since 2005, whos to say he isn't a terrorist. Just because he married an American citizen, does that make him a Good guy? I don't think so! What do you think?

I was involved with someone and we are no longer seig each other he has been sending me abuse text messages and now emails threating to put my personal infromation as far a the things we did when we were together,he is threating to post a video of me being intimate with him on my job webs site and the city in which I live.What can I do to stop his harrassing me I have the emails that is he is sending me is there anyone I can contact reguarding this matter.?

Okay I have made previous posts and I am ready to turn myself in but I have been training. I am 6'1 225 lbs I can do 100 pushups 85 situps and I run a 11:31 2 mile. I have made many mistakes in my life and the army has been a huge one. I am wondering if there is anyway that I could remain in the army. I left due to a serious gambling addiction that would take to long to explain everything. I am ready for whatever when i turn myself in but I am just wondering if it is possible that they will ask me to finish my contract???

m I've been chosen to be on Jury Duty. My boss threatened to cancel my Blue Cross Ins. since I wouldn't be working 30 hours/week and she pays for it. Blue Cross said that was ok. I wouldn't be reinstated because I have pre-existing conditions and can't get Medicare for 7 years. Had surgery last year and need some more in the future. Can I get out of jury duty? Is this considered a hardship case? My boss pays for all of it.

After looking at this website, it clearly states that it isnt illegal for a minor to consume alcohol. (In the state of Nevada) Is this true? Can a minor legally consume alcohol? And if thats true, than how is a minor supposed to consume alcohol if its illegal to purchase it, or for an adult to give alcohol to a minor? Some clarification would be appreciated...

I can't believe that you are being charged $50 by the city if you don't move your car on the day when there is street cleaning. I understand that the city wants to make money, but how have they been able to push tickets to such an excessive amount? I know other western countries in Europe that charge $5 for the same violation. In addition my street didn't even get cleaned last time when it was suppose to, yet they still handed out tickets.

Greedy business has bought our politicians and managed to effectively put a 22% tariff on producing goods (toys, other) in the US. Some believe that this, along with other back-*** political decision making (illegal immigration, decayed morals, defending foreign religious values while outlawing our own) will cause the US to fall in much the same way as the Roman Empire fell. I had a medical malpractice suit, and about a month ago, we had a settlement hearing and i accepted a settlement. I have been having problems with my lawyer for some time now, but i just wanted it done and over with. I went in to my lawyers office 3 weeks ago, to sign a settlement release, and was told it should be about a week before i got my check, and they would call. So today, since its been so long, i called them, and was told that the insurance company had rejected the release and i would have to come in to sign a new one. They had known this for 2 weeks, but i was never called, and who knows how much longer i wouldve waited before they did had i not called. So now it will be several more weeks before i can get the check. I am so sick and fed up with my lawyer and his attitude problem (i didnt understand what he was saying, and he says "how much clearer do i need to make it for you?") just being a dick. At this point is it too late to get a new lawyer and redo my case?

July made 1 year that my husband hired this lawyer for his case. We went in on a Wedensday to talk with the lawyer he took the case & said he does not start cases until he has been paid.. Well, I have never been through this so we paid him the following Friday. He canceled one court date scheduled another & my husband took off day for the rescheduled court date & the lawyer called us that morning to say he was going to cancel the court.This has been going for over a year as I said and he will not return our phone calls & I called the court house today & the lady said she fired the same lawyer over a year ago because he was doing the same thing to her. Not returning calls& canceling court dates she said she paid him $2500.00&lost it all because she fired him. I need some answers & I need to know what to do can anyone please give me some advice?Who can I talk to about this problem?I have called countless times &my husband has even stopped by his office&still no response from him.help!

I was having transmission problems with my vehicle and took it to a local shop for an estimate. They told me how much it would cost for repairs (well over $2000) and that they offer payment plans for people who cant afford to pay it all up front. I left that day to think about it and ended up taking it back on Wednesday August 8th, I was told at that point that my truck would be ready on Friday August 10th. Well Friday rolls around and I am told it isnt done but I would be able to Pick it up Saturday August 11th. Yup you guess it Saturday comes around and it still isnt done. Well here it is Tuesday August 14th and I went to pick up my truck and they have it back on the rack...so I ask what is going on ? He says they JUST took it out for a test drive and something else is wrong with it and I wont be able to pick it up. My question is since I never signed anything for him to do the repairs. Can I pick my car up and tell him I'm not paying him anything ?

I have over $10K in Medical and another 10K for missed work, plus I'm still not back to 80% moreover, am still in pain 90% of the day and night, 18 months later. So that is that worth??

If you asked me it’s millions, but I was told $35,000 was the max the insurance company will cover. Which is all the lawyer will really go after, right??

The insurance is offering to pay out 35K now, what do I do!! I could hire a lawyer, but would I get any more! I think not!! Moreover I would net less; after the lawyer takes their 30% and expenses, right??

What should I do and how to do it?

I know somw of you have participated in this type of question, but I had to see the answers for myself. He has no previous record, and though killing dogs is viewed as "inhumane", I see plenty of dead animals, including dogs along the country roads and highways I drive. I feel like this is a witch hunt and that it doesn't warrant jail time. I mean it was only 8 dogs. Why is the FBI involved? Why is that I get the feeling that this has more to do with letting OJ off than it does killing a few aggressive dogs?

It may seem like I minimize this action, because to me there are more serious crimes committed by players, and the public in general. I don't think this is deserving of jail time. Your thoughts, in a well thought out, respectful manner, please! Please no disrespectful comments!!!

My finance company that holds my car note has tried 2 times to acces unauthorized funds from my checking account, for amounts that dont equal any payments or charges of any kind. Can I take any action or do I not have a leg to stand on? Someone told me that on a contract theres 2 sides and they violated their side by doing that.
