from spas to implants? while many humans struggle to merely survive? i understand that people get attached to their pets and they become part of their family but this is just too much. spas and implants is just going too far, it is disgusting and unethical since many humans are one pay check away from homelessness. there is something wrong with this picture. some people have so much money and don't know what to do with it! i bet that majority of them are against universal health care and have health insurance for their pets! shame on them!

I think its terrible that a bunch of yobs or anyone for that matter feel that they have the right to murder someone because they have been challanged about their behaviour. Is this what our youth are coming to and where are the parents in all this. The woman on TV this morning says 'Well it's just kids being kids' What a crock of ****, I don't think so.

The number of incidents in general that children & teenagers is growing the government needs to act.

I know of several people who are being intimidated by teenagers and the police are powerless to do anything.

A friend of mine has to suffer verbal abuse and attacks to her car because the parents are under an ASBO, the parents use their 9 children to create havoc in the close she live on. The family are responsible for several muggings and I nearly became a victim myself.

Infact todate I have had 3 Mugging attempts by teenagers who operate with military like execution.

The laws need to change and because of video games, it puts ideas into their heads and teaches them tricks, we had a spate of "Splinter Cell" type attcks a few months ago.

The boss of a friend of mine gave us permission to take the company boat out for a tour of the canal (think San Antonio) at midnight. There was no issue about safety, because my friend drives the tour boat during the week. We boarded and had been touring for 5 minutes when 5 security guards for the canal motioned for us to pull over. They said we were stealing the boat, but we told them we had permission and gave the managers #. They only asked to talk to my friend (the driver), but as the rest of us walked away, a guard grabbed me by the arm and asked to see my ID. I asked him why? Another guard was screaming at me and this continued 3 times. Ask, why, scream, ask, why, scream. All of a sudden the guard handcuffed me and started throwing me around and saying that I was resisting arrest and obstructing justice! Then slammed me down on my back! They finally called the manager who said it was ok. They let us go, but I sustained a ruptured disk (I'm a small girl) and several bruises.

I cashed a few checks totaling in more then 10 thousand dollars. using my real liscence. then i got caught. then i left america cause i felt like people were following me. now i'm in my home country. i think if I apply to be an american citizen they will do a background check. and my brother said some cops were looking for me at a bar 1 week after i got caught. they already have evidence, my liscence and maybe finger prints. it's been a few months now i havent been in america but my family keeps saying i should apply to be a citizen. when i looked up people who got caught cashing fake checks, they did more then 2 years each and probation. if i go to america i'll just go to jail and get deported. or stay in my country and help the poor. should i go back to america apply to be a citizen and risk getting caught, going to jail and getting deported anyway? or stay in my country and play it safe and never go back to america?

I sometimes change or put on lotion while watching tv once I exit the shower. However, our living room has one giant window that the curtains don't quite cover. I do my best to cover myself, as I'm a rather modest person, but it is my apartment. If someone walked by and happened to glimpse me doing this could I get a charge of indecent exposure? Just curious :) Thanks for the help

i need to clarify the reason this ordeal at my job started. i was a office manager and on the day i started i was informed the pay stated was decreased. i only worked there for 2 weeks. the problem was i came to work and wanted to do my job! i didnt gossip about my personal life. so she didnt know any thing about me. i was told that i am too private, therefor i could not be trusted. i was the victim of rude comments daily by the owner and told 3 times in this period that she dont want me to work for her. i was feeling ill one day and then asked if it was because my husband beat me! i was told that my friends could not afford her (florist) services.then i was given a saks bag and when i asked what was it for she told me i could give some one a gift and let them think i got it at a better place! then she denied every thing. and told me i made it all up. i was put in a file room the entire 2 weeks and told she doesnt think she will every let me on system. how was i to ever be successful?

I am currently going through a divorce and I suddenly started to have feelings for my attorney. We have been contacting each other lately not in a professional nature but more like friends. We went out one day and after that he emailed me that he had a lot going on and that he would call me when things settled down. Does this mean he had feelings for me too? Or did he notice I had feelings for him? Did he cut it off because he is my attorney? And if so should I contact him regarding his email or just ignore it since he is still representing me as my attorney? Any answers would help. Thanks!

He was not allowed to present the second ammendment to the constitution as a defence. Is this possibly a point of a future appeal? Or is his fate sealed?

I am divorced and I know my ex will not consent to me moving our child out of state. We live in Missouri, and I want to move to Georgia with my boyfriend. I want to move to primarily get away from all the worries I have here with my ex-husband constantly trying to control our lives, even though we have been divorced 2 years now. In our divorce papers, in the parenting plan, it says I have to have written consent from him to move our daughter out of state. Well, he will not consent, so do I have to go to court and if so what do I need to prepare myself for? Is there any chance the judge would say I can't move with her? He does have a long history of DWIs and drug position, would any of this past be helpful to me moving from him? If we have to go to court, what should I expect to have to change as far as visitation rights and child support, etc? Thanks to anyone who has any answers to help me!
