The trooper says I wont get much, i live in washington, they're not telling my parents or anything. I returned everything i bought with the stolen money, i have another job and im not stealing anymore, i have a clean record, ive been an outstanding citizen, will i get a felony? and how much do you think the fine would be?

I depends on the dollar amount of the items stolen and whether or not the shop chooses to prosecute you. If they do and it is over $500 in merchandise, even though returned, you are likely facing a felony conviction but might be given parole. Smartest thing for you to do at this juncture is hire an attorney that is not only licensed in Washington, but Alaska.

but there is something wrong in your head that you did it in the first place. how do you feel when people steal from you?
