No he didnt threaten me but he was arrested the other night for trying to get into my apartment. He called my house 35 times with in a 2 hour period. Just calling me names never threatned me. Will i be able to get a pfa. I live in pa. Just wondering what others think.

If he was arrested, they will have record of him already breaking the law with regards to you. My guess is that it will be relatively easy for you to prove this one. Good luck.

dont depend on the law to protect u. pfa is only paper. if hes crazy enough to call 35 times and try to break in. hes CRAZY!!! get u a 4-10 or 12 gauge (preferably )shotgun, put some buckshot in it and use it if he comes in. pistols arent the best home protection unless u are proficient at using them. these babies, u point in general area at reasonable close range and hes down. if u dont want to kill him go to a lighter type ammo but be careful. a wounded crazy man is more dangerous. most of all. TRUST UR instincts. they are a gift that many forget about.

probably if you have proof
we live near pgh and pfa's can be tricky
he has to fall in set 'guidelines' as what they consider abusive threatening behavior
but don't not go
the arrest should help as breaking in indicates he wasn't welcome
but contact an attorney as early as you can
