I recently met with someone who worked in a bacon factory where they gassed and killed 8000 pigs a day.Thats just one factory multiply this by all bacon factories, slaughter houses,chicken processing plants and the amount of death being forced on innocent living creatures makes me ask what right have we got to practice this carnage?

We as humans have done worse things to other humans, so what makes you think we would even blink at the thought of doing it to a non-human?

What right do lions have to slaughter their prey? A lot of fish are carnivorous. How about mosquitos, ticks, and fleas? They don't kill their prey directly, but they are annoying, and carry diseases that can kill. How about Moose? They've been known to kill competitors for the same vegetation. Ants have wars with each other. Birds kill snakes. Snakes eat bird eggs. Even some plants will kill, such as the Venus Fly Trap.
Better face up to reality, or you're going to start thinking there might be something more important than our own survival. That attitude is ill-suited to promoting our own survival.

You must accept that you’re part of the food chain. Throughout history, man has worked himself pretty high on the food chain.
I see no difference between eating living plants and eating animals. In order for me to live, I must consume something living.
I never will understand people like you. You sound as hypocritical as my sister. She hates hunters that shoot deer. “Oh God, there goes another idiot to shoot some poor deer! Why must men that have a little penis buy guns and go shoot animals. I think that we should be able to shoot people. That would be great, I could buy a gun, go into the woods during deer season, and shoot the hunters, now that’s a sport!” When I point out that she eats beef she says, “Oh well that’s different, cows are stupid and ugly, but deer are beautiful.

ALL FOOD WAS ONCE A LIVING THING. WHAT ABOUT HARVESTING VEGGIES??/ DO YOU THINK THEY FEEL NO PAIN????/!!!!11
But seriously, slaughtering animals for food is some awful stuff. I likes meat though. Maybe we should change our diets.
