Where in the United states is it legal just to grow marijuana? please answer

Can you help me broaden this list? I'm looking for examples that are PRESENT DAY, that I can look up & find more info about. At minimum they must be illegal in the USA. It would be better if they were legal in the countries they occur.

I am in a creative field. I have turn over of employees from time to time. Recently, a former employee had copies some files that contained a unique design we had been working on. It was the company's work product. We invested time, material and creative capital in its development.... from inception. He is currently marketing it as his own design. I understand copyright and trademark answers the ultimate question. What I am looking for is some sort of "work product agreement" I can have employees sign upon hire... does anyone know of a generic document I can use?

When my mother died, I had to sign a prommisory note to agree to pay her funeral expenses. Then the next week, the funeral home filed, in court, a claim. In the claim, under penalty of perjury, they affirmed that there were no other considerations affecting this claim. This ties up the estate until it can be settled at the end of the year's waiting period. Where can I file a formal complaint?

my son got caught shoplifting at a local supertarget, and had charges pressed against him... he stole 72 dollars worth of things and was caught and is now going to the magistrate... I have never been there so i dont know what to tell him... what should he expect to happen there? what should he wear? AND most importantly, what might the punishment be in PA?

The simple answer is to stop buying from them. They do no think they are liable for any damages. When the Fed went looking for the melamine source the plants were empty. The tire importer is handling his recall without the aid of the Chinese Mfg. and now it's lead paint. This will never end. I once in a joke said the easiest way to take over the USA was to plant tiny time bombs in all we import then set them all off at one time. In a way I guess my little joke is becoming a reality.

Okay, first our pet's food was contaminated and some of our pet's suffered severe health problems due to the ingredients in the pet food, that came from the Chinese.
Than Mattell the toy factory in the US. is recalling millions of a toy product that got produced at China.

If the Chinese are so eager to kill us off, why not disconnect the relationship what fair trade concerns with them? before anymore of us get harmed? All these jobs could be filled by us again, and it would be USA made? I am not purchasing Chinesh products any more. How about you?

Another toddler is abused and killed while supposedly under watch for abuse.
Children beating to death a man who confronted them for vandalising his car.
Biker shot dead on the motorway.
Etc, Etc, Etc, Etc, Etc.

I have one question.
Why aren't the goverment doing anything about this?
The kids who killed that poor man are being tried in a youth court and will probably get a paid trip to disney land to help try and change their ways. Why aren't they up infront of a proper court and have the book thrown at them?
Why don't we have boot camps?
Why doesn't life mean life?

Ok so here's the rundown... I was 14 at the time and I got pregnant by a 21-year old. I kept my baby and I was constantly harrassed by the fact of how old his father was. So, eventually I pressed charges because I felt pressure from my mom. In the statement they ask you everything involved with how the crime took place and at the end they asked me what kind of degree of sentencing would I want him to get. I told them probation. I spoke with his sister and she thinks he will be getting jailtime of 2-5 years. My baby's dad had a long record but before I pressed charges on him he got his record cleared. I don't believe that he has another charge like this. If anyone knows the processes of criminal law in Texas for this type of crime (statutory rape) please answer! thanks

i had recently asked landlord to fix things in my rental and for extermination he only exterminated for 3 weeks,we still have a major problem and he wouldnt continue.So we hired a lawyer they served him with a 7 day notice to do repairs and extermination.My lawyer advised me to withold rent until it was done.He sends me a 3 day pay or leave notice stating that we broke the lease because some mini blinds were messed up which has been replaced.He never gave us a warning verbally or in writting until he recieved the letter of fixing things or we withold rent.Could this be constued as retalitory eviction?And if so what can i do to stop it or will it hold up in court?If its proven hes evicting us in retaliation then what happens?I live in florida and have been going back and forth with him for 6 months or so now but i got the notice a couple days ago.

They seem to act in such a way - even native americans fear them as they strike without warning or even permission.

In africa and eastern europe they have secret pristons outside of UN human rights act, where they send innocent people to confess to crimes of terrorism that they never commited so that they can have scape goats.
Even ex agents of the CIA are forbbiden to speak of them or give negative opinions...hmm land of free speech eh?

I scam the **** out of Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart, all of these big box dumb *** retailers. First off they sell me a shitty product, so once it breaks or becomes defective I buy the exact same one again, then return the shitty one. I justify it because its a multi-million dollar company, they sold me crap so I want my moneys worth. Now I have also scammed them by buying a similar looking product that would be a little better then the one I current have, then return the crapier one. Is it wrong to do this to companies that, one exploit a free trade market, two exploit child labour and paying people crap overseas somewhere, three markup the **** out of something that is crap anyway?

Recent case I was a juror in...Person had guns he inherited from a deceased father..there was a law since he was a an ex con he couldn't own weapons for 10 yrs...not part of his original probation plan..seperate law.
He completed all his probation requirements, never got into any trouble for almost 10 years. He aquired the weapons 29 days prior to the end of the 10 yr law prohibiting him from weapons.
He didn't know there was such a law nor was he told of such a thing.
The DA claims he knew, the old court which the prior conviction took place destroyed all witten records after 7 yrs according to there record keeping policies. There was no way to verify if he knew of the law either in writing or verbally.
Some jurors saw that the letter of the law must be followed while others thought the DA didn't prove the case that the intent to flaunt the law was there.I voted to aquit because the DA did not have enough proof the suspect knew of the law & the intent wasn't there. Guilty or not?

She is obnoxious and I have had to get the police involved a few times, not my style at all-I hate this. She has now installed 3 wooden fence posts in concrete mostly on my side of the boundary-I marked it off to show the problem 3 weeks ago, she is not budging. Police say it is a lawyer matter. If I sue, could she have to pay the attorney and court costs? Could I get a money settlement or just have her get off my property? Could I get a restraining order to have her just leave me alone after 4 years of this stress. Is there a law saying if I allow her to leave the fence on my land for 7 years, the land becomes hers? Thanks a lot, this is going on in Clarksville, TN.

In this country, hunting is legal, but you could argue it doesn't cause sufferring, it just kills the animal outright. What about eating meat? No one wants to stop eating meat, fair enough humans are omnivores, but what about certain meat producers who are extremely cruel to the animals? Does that bother you too?

Don't cows, deer, and pigs deserve the same sympathy as cute and cuddly dogs?
