reason y i was wondering is i am a teen, i quit my first job a few days ago, b.c i knew that it wasnt for me, i am wondering if i will be penilized for not putting down on a job application

Most of the time no. If you sign a statement that the information is complete, does not omit any jobs and is correct to the best of your knowledge then you could have some issues. Statements like this are VERY rare and are mostly for government jobs, particularly those that involve a security clearance.

I doubt that it would cause too many problems, since it was your first job and you're still a teenager. When you get out in the real world, you'll see that every little bit of exeperience helps that resume and application along, so it's best to not do that. But there's no law against it.

There's no particular law against it, but you usually sign something on applications stating that the information you are giving is accurate and complete. Falsifying this information would give the employer cause to fire you.

No there is no law against leaving out an employer. It is a common practice. Just adjust your other jobs time wise and you will be fine.Good Luck

I am assuming you would be fine if you left it off. What is illegal, is lying on a job application.
