Yes. If there is a visitation order, the judge can hold the parent in contempt. There are a number of other factors that come into play, such as the age of the children, but the answer to your question is yes, they can get in trouble.

yes, the other parent has a legal right to see the child..depending on the age of the child the court may not force visitation.

If there is court ordered visitation then yes you can get into trouble up to and including losing custody of the child(ren).

For court ordered visitation, certainly. This is to prevent a parent from talking the child out of the court ordered visitation.
