If this were a real crime, someone would have been charged with revealing her identity under the federal statute. Yet no one has been charged with that specific crime. All smoke, no fire, as usual with the libs. They hate the CIA, yet are all too willing to use it to their political advantage when they want.

I have been a rapist for a fair amount of time and I have not been apprehended, arrested nor punished in any manner at all. I have been and serranded to the police, but they are just not interested due to the fact that no charges have been made. If the law will not punish me then I am looking to the public to punish me. There must surely be a private orrganisation who is in a possition to punish a person? If so who and where?

The robbery resulted in assaults on 3 of the employees. A previous manager had asked for additional security measure after other robberies that resulted in no injuries, but no additional security measures were taken. It took 3 people to get beat up for the business to add a part-time guard and bars on the windows.

My fiance went to a liquor store that he frequents on an almost daily basis tonight to purchase a pack of ciggarettes. When he got to the registar the cashier/ possibly the owner, began yelling at him that he can no longer shop there because the other day he opened and drank a beer in the store. My fiance never did this, on the night he supposedly did we were camping. The guy wouldn't let him buy the ciggarettes and continued to yell at him. Does my fiance have any legal right to shop there since he did not drink the beer he was accused of?

In my personal opinion, the media has had nothing better to do but to make a big deal about nothing in this case,so,why did they even bother to report anything about it?

To quote a line from a Shakespeare play,it's "much ado about nothing!"

Your friends and your office staff know him (your boyfriend) because he frequently visits you at work. Although you have not announced to everyone that he is your boyfriend, everyone and everybody who has seen you together many times has assumed that you and him have something going on. And, they have reason to think so because there were times when they've seen you speaking sweet nothings to each other and even arguing with one another. The boyfriend is a recent college graduate and still has to find a decent job. And, lately, he has been asking for money from you. There are days when he only asks for some small cash. But, there are also times when he insists on asking for a certain huge amount of cash. You, on the other hand, afraid that if you can't give him what he's asking for, he'll give you the cold shoulder treatment, gives in to his demands. You want to please him with the hope that he'll be nice and loving to you, so you do as he says. Then, you find out the truth...

I am suing a company for allowing me to be sexually harassed and assaulted by my supervisor. My husband is a witness to them saying they would find me sleeping arrangements with a women, but then helped move bunk beds into a the supervisors sleeping quaters for the both of us. ALONE. They continued to make me sleep alone with him after the complaints I had made. Is he allowed to take stand and testify that he heard and saw all of this. Is he allowed to testify that he was there during some of my compaints?

My husband and I have been married for 3 years and together for 7. He was previously married before we were together. They got divorced in 1998. They have 3 kids from this marriage. My husband has legal visitation rights to see his daughters. When she lived in the same town as us, she let us visit them on our time, and more than that. Then she moved out of town and refused to let him see the girls for over a year. She finally let him see the girls, and then decided to move across the country. She refuses to let him see his daughters now, so we went to a lawyer and asked for a hearing for contempt. It was supposed to be 3/23, and today my husband recieved notice that she filed a restraining order against him! we are supposed to be in WA (and we live in IA) on 3/22 for a hearing! This is due to supposed abuse that happened during their marriage in 1995-1998. she also told the police she moved to WA because my husband tried to kill her. this is a lie. Can she do this?

When the average person (not a celebrity or a politician or a family friend of either one of the aforementioned) commits a crime, is found guilty, sent off to prison and is released, why is it he or she is truly not forgiven?

Society NEVER lets them forget they made a mistake, that they did the time for the crime, refuses to acknowledge their true repetence and will only offer them minimum wage jobs (but not without a hassle of course) where they cannot maintain a decent apartment, running car, day care or a bank account? An ex offender is thumped for a mistake, often made in their youth, and labeled 'felon' for life.

Why is it so difficult to believe that most released felons simply want to let the past be the past, have learned from their mistakes and simply want to live a quiet, productive life without the drama from their youth being revisted at every public opportunity to do better for themselves?

What's so democratic and just about all of this?

Since at 18 we can be shipped off to Iraq or other area of conflict I believe that we should be granted all of our adult rights. Also most teens can be convicted as adults even if they are under 18.

i dont understand how people can say that global warming does not exist, or is of a natural cause. how blind or stupid do you have to be to not believe in global warming ? and it is not a political tactic since all of the countries in europe believe in it (almost all of the countries in the world believe in global warming). we are killing our planet, our only home, how dare people say that global warming does not exist? the proofs are right in from of their nose ! would it kill them to spare some money in order to save our planet ? how can some people be so selfish !! ?

I tried to cash my payroll check at the grocery store and the company that issues authorization (certergy) gave me a code three. I am in another state hiding from abusive husband and have not updated any information. They have cashed my checks for two months now. Why is my I.D. coming up invalid now. I've checked my state, my husband has divorced me, there are no court cases with my name on them. Checked maiden name too. Can't call DMV till Monday. I am very curious why this has happened. Any thoughts?

Ok, before my grandmother died many of her nurses and friends and a few relatives were told that she left instructions if anything should happen to her. Problem is she never got it in writing and the nurses administators forbaded me from getting the statements from the nurses, (understandable).
But, as to the instructions given to me by my grandma's old legal friend, I was paying off my grandmother's debt's as instructed.
Before she died, we were told that her accounts were only allowed to be accessed to pay off her debts. Then after the debts were paid, the receipts and everything was to be filed to the state to show it was all paid off. Then the state would provide and allow anyremaining credits in her accounts to her surviving children.
The issue at hand, is that one of her children is trying to gain a "power of attorney" to access her accounts "before" her debts get paid.
Which, is correct action, to follow?
