The company I am with now has recently changed their policy to include everyone has to have their shirts tucked in at all times. The clothing I wear is all within the rules they have stated - white shirt, black or khaki pants - but I feel uncomfortable, emotionally not physically, wearing my shirt tucked in, because I am overweight. I have just been told that if I don't tuck my shirt in, then I have to be wrote up. If I get wrote up 3 consecutive times in one month for the same "offense", then I receive a schedualed day off without pay. I can't see how this can be considered fair in the workplace. By the way, my work place is a convenience store!
