Rude to the government apparently, so they made it illegal.
There are certain beaches called nude beaches or topless beaches, stuff like that.
They are made for that reason. So if you swim nude in a public beach, you can get arrested.

Rudeness isn't the issue. Unless it's a legal or at least tolerated nude beach, it's illegal. Unfortunate, but true.

Why anyone would want to expose themselves to old men and children is beyond me.
There are beaches around to cater for nudists, use them. Or better still put some clothes when you go to the public beach.

It may not be rude but it may be illegal. Find a nude friendly beach and go there.

Being naked is never rude; but it is sometimes against local codes/ordinances. The human body is a wonderful thing, and is never offensive.

absolutely not! if it's not rude to look at fat, obese, people invalids, people without limbs, then it's not rude to see beautiful naked bodies, or at least nice bodies.
