Few days ago I happened to order a pair of colored contact lenses.I told him that I want plain hazel shade and he showed me the catalogue and I selected one and paid advance. Now that he called me and asked me to collect it.When I went and saw,it's having kind of double shade and some star like designs on it.I did not like it and now that he forces me to buy it as I have ordered. He never told me before that it will have stars.I dont want it.What should I do.Is there any consumer law to protect a citizen in this citizen?
The lens costs 2000Rs and 100Rs advance paid.

You are not forced to buy them. Go back and tell them forcefully that you know your rights - the lenses are not what you ordered - and that they must make them up to your order or refund your deposit and you will go elsewhere.

I guess you have to buy it, otherwise he'll just collect the 100 that's already paid.
