You need to get a court order to enforce a lien - not just a judgment. Then you need to get a PI to dig into where all the assets are stashed. It's often not easy to enforce a judgment in a lawsuit because the loser cannot be forced out of their primary residence or deprived of a basic income. If the person has more than one property you will need to establish that they are the sole registered owner of the other properties. If they have transferred assets into a relative's name prior to your bringing suit, unfortunately, you can't touch them.

Since you have the court judgement for the lien, they should have given you some information on how to process the judgement. You may have to contact your local City Marshall or someone like that. Ask the court. They will know. Perhaps they have a website you can check. By the way, see about a money judgement in your case. If you win a lawsuit against someone who is (on paper) unable to pay, you get nothing. What if the property in this case is in someone else's name? You can't collect. But if a money judgement were filed against the person you sued, they can be dirt poor for decades but when they inherit money or hit the lottery, you get paid.

It may not be called the same thing in your state, but look into your options, anyway.
