I would try to do everything in my powers to prove I was innocent.I would get all my facts together and also have people sign statements as to where I was when the crime was commited

Probably try to make the best of my predicament. I'd probably be angry for a while, then depressed.

Getting convicted of a crime is a tough situation, but we still want to survive. The penalty would determine how strenuously I would fight to overcome the conviction.

You tell the truth and never give up. I've seen stories on TV where the dectectives keep on asking a suspect if they did it in an enclosed room. The questions go on for hours..like 13 hrs. Then the suspected (but innocent) person finally gives up and ends up in jail.
