Unfortunatly not..threatening to withold affections...if he doesnt get money...is not a crime...
It is not a nice thing to do...if I were in this situation...DUMP HIM...ANYONE DESERVES BETTER....

You're starting to sound desperate so it's time to stop asking this. You gave it to him so hopefully you learned something, albeit an expensive lesson it was still a lesson. Time to move on, put him in your past and stop obsessing about getting this money back. It's not coming back so live with it.
