I have been a rapist for a fair amount of time and I have not been apprehended, arrested nor punished in any manner at all. I have been and serranded to the police, but they are just not interested due to the fact that no charges have been made. If the law will not punish me then I am looking to the public to punish me. There must surely be a private orrganisation who is in a possition to punish a person? If so who and where?

This is not funny, rape is a very serious crime and why you would post this question in this fashion is incorrigible. Your parents should take your computer rights away until you learn how to interact with others on an acceptable social level.

well since it is against the law for the public to have an organization that would punish someone I don't see it happening. I seriously doubt that if you went in and said here are the ladies that I raped, and here is when it happened that they would not do anything. If you are against it yourself and turning yourself in why are you not NOT RAPING.
