Political parties chose ignorant actors like Hema Malini and Govinda (who is never available in this constituency nor attends Parliament) to represent the poeple. It is not understood why such people are selected as peoples representative. It seems the only intention of political parties is to cling to power and they are least bothered about the welfare of the people.

Been told that a felony charge has no statute of limitations, but isn't there something about a Constitutional right to a speedy trial? Arrested in early October and no court date has yet been set.

There is a senior manager at work who i know is supplying illegal substances to a trainee manager at work? In my private life I would not really have an issue with it, but because it is at work I feel like maybe I should say something! any suggestions or would my life be easier if I just turn a blind eye?

Or should we stop locking people up for looking at dirty pictures.
Yesterday a Judge let a "Paedophile" who had pictures of children go because the prisons were too full.

a friend of mine needs a copy of her birth certificate from the state of oklahoma but they said she needed to send them a copy of her state ID or drivers license. She has been unable to get an ID because our state requires you to have a certified copy of your birth certificate to get the identification. So is there a way around the rules in oklahoma so she can obtain a birth certificate.

Help! My father has recently passed away! My mother and brother are trying to take my fathers "trust" away from me! His house has gone under pre-forclosure, and i dont want to lose the house! my brother and mother have commited fraud charges using my fathers credit card/checking account after he passed! My house is now held up in probate court and because of late payments for the house, now in forclosure, the probate lawyer for the state wants to sell the house. What should i do ,where should i start? I want the house and what is entitled to my my fathers will, my mother and brother are trying to screw me over, and have been using identity theft, how do i save the house, and my trust, from being ruined? BTW this is happening in the State of Connecticut, if this helps... any help is greatly appreciated

My spinster aunt died recently leaving 3 houses and a large amount of money to me, two cousins, and her sister-in-law. One of my cousins is attempting to keep the rest of us from our inheritance. He was executor at the time of her death, and I have no idea who the lawyer was involved in setting up the will. I have obtained my own lawyer, but so far we can't get information about the will. Any ideas on what to do?

I have a question on the Mississippi state gun laws. My daughter was caught concealing alcohol in the Liquor and Wine store in Biloxi. Realizing the consequences, she was putting the liquor as the store clerk said "I know what you're doing! You're stealing from me." She opened her jacket to show she had put it back and that she meant no harm. She then tried to leave, not realizing that since she didn't "steal" it, that she did something illegal. She then tried to leave the store and kicked the door to try to leave. The store worker then pulled a gun on her and ****** it back ready to shoot. My daughter is sixteen years old and the tape shows she did nothing but kick the door to cause this man to pull a gun. Is it legal in the state of Mississippi to pull a gun and cock it back, ready to shoot, if they do nothing to provoke it?????? Thank you.

Do you care enough to listen to all of the candidates running for office and vote with an open mind?

Do you care enough to sign up and fight for your country?

Do you care enough to respect her laws and to serve on a jury when called upon to do so?

What other ways do you demonstrate your love for this country?

O.K. heres the deal,
About 2 and 1/2 to 3 months ago two of the employees where i work got into an arguement to the point where they didnt speak to each other for about two weeks. about a week after the arguement a rumor started floating around that their was an employee selling drugs the the workplace,so now i have found out that it was one of the persons that got into the arguement starting the rumors to try and get the other one fired. the one being accused i know 100% does not sell drugs out of the workplace, but i want to serve justice on the one that started the rumor. i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i could go about doing this? i am managment in this workplace, so i got edge over both of the employees, i have spoken with the boss over me about this situation and she wants me to find a way to get rid of the one that started the rumors, because shes always starting rumors on everyone and causes nothing but trouble constantly.
