Help! My father has recently passed away! My mother and brother are trying to take my fathers "trust" away from me! His house has gone under pre-forclosure, and i dont want to lose the house! my brother and mother have commited fraud charges using my fathers credit card/checking account after he passed! My house is now held up in probate court and because of late payments for the house, now in forclosure, the probate lawyer for the state wants to sell the house. What should i do ,where should i start? I want the house and what is entitled to my my fathers will, my mother and brother are trying to screw me over, and have been using identity theft, how do i save the house, and my trust, from being ruined? BTW this is happening in the State of Connecticut, if this helps... any help is greatly appreciated

well as far as the house goes even if it goes to forclosure you will still receive any money made from the sale minus what the bank is owed and the estate lawyer and the state courts should resolve any of the estate problems if it is in your name you will win judgment ,as for the identity theft that is fraud and the only way to deal with it would be to report your mother and brother to the authorities its a crappy situation but one that happens far to often money and family just dont mix good luck

What does your fathers will say ? did he leave all to you or chop up it up. If he chop up it up,then it will be bought and all chop up the money. If he left it to you ,it really is yours. practice too the states aattorney what you reported the following,in the adventure that they defrauded with id robbery.. the most perfect is for all of you to in uncomplicated words promote it privately and chop up the money. because youall will lose interior the end, you should pay the legal professionals and such. me I wouldnt allow that take position.
