I'm sorry, but I really cannot understand this question, and I wonder if "reservation" doesn't mean something specific in your culture. Could you add some detail? A paralegal, in the US, is rarely referred to by the "paralegal assistant" title, so I wonder if you are using a term of art there, as well.

Please rewrite your question and ask again, because I was a legal secretary for years, and can probably answer it.
