study could actual be launch and probable interrogation, watching the circumstances. became there witnesses? became there evidence? became there evidence to the allegations? What led to the disturbance? Does the guy have earlier criminal background of being violent? Have they ever been convicted of battery, attack or rape? that absolutely everyone facilitates the case. Even the accused have rights, it truly relies upon.

An under trial is already facing the tortures of CBI and police.
Some parties are making Mithra as a tool against Mulayam Govt.

It is not that it is legal to attack them but what type of court do you think is going to give the attackers prison sentences given the accused crimes.
It is not fair or right but you know that it is true.

No of course it is not right!
In America we call this a Lynch mob and the problem with Lynch Mobs is they really don't get down to the "Guilty - Not Guilty" portion of the trial. They decide who is guilty and kill em. Regardless.
We setup courts, prisions and sometimes capital punishment (Death by state) because it is a civilized way to taking care of this type of problem AND because it keeps us from turning on each other like rabid dogs.
What they are doing is wrong. You don't get to kill someone just because someone else killed someone. Defense of yourself or your loved ones is OK, but attacking someone out of rage and revenge, especially when they cannot defend themselves....
No that's murder. Even if its murder of a murderer. Still murder.

While I sympathize with the victims families, they cannot under any circumstance attack the accused nor for that matter the guilty. This is why we have prisons and laws. It is also what separates us from animals.
