Uniform standards in all schools would most likely be a good thing--would go along with that 'no child left behind'.

A national school uniform (clothing) would be a bad idea. Kids and teens need to be who they are--wearing a uniform would stifle their growth. There would be no indivuality--conformity is a bad thing.
