A few details:
The United States currently does not have any laws that would protect sexual orientation, Where such protection exists for racial discrimination.
Should human rights be universal? Should we adopt laws from countries that have a higher protection/anti-discriminatory laws for sexual orientation?
Citing of International/comparative law, though controversial, is not a new concept, as it has happened in Lawrence Vs. Texas, by Justice Sandra O'Connor.

No. In our country, government discrimination based on sexual orientation is unlawful. GLBT folks may be looking to foreign countries where the laws give them special preference.
The US is governed by US law only. To set a precedent otherwise would be to open the US to foreign laws on other matters too.

If the degenerates and perverts like the laws in foreign countries, please MOVE TO THOSE SICKO COUNTRIES!!! WE DON'T WANT YOU STAYING HERE IN FEAR FOR YOUR LIVES! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND TAKE YOUR LIBTARD BUDDIES WITH YOU!!! And pick up the UN contingent on your way out.

Gay/Lesbians/Transexuals have no more or less right than any other US citizen. That being the case they should be included under our laws and should not be giving special rights because of real or simply perceived discrimination.
Good Luck!!!

No. When you're talking war issues, transportation routes and major atrocities (to name a few) then international laws should be reviewed.

Transexulas are people too. They should not be treated any different than anyone else. It is like being singled out because your color of skin, or what you believe in.
God loves us all, black, white, yellow, brown. He doesn't care and neither should anyone else.
