And the reason I want to take legal action is because since I was deleted from the group there is no need for my pictures to still be on the group's files. I never saw a disclaimer, where it said that the group would keep your pictures even if removed from the group. Can I seek to sue the owner of the group? Or would be foolish of me? I don't think it's fair that my pictures are there. And I know that because a few of my buddies have told me "If you were removed from the group, why are your pix still posted?"

My father left when I was 2 years old and he never took care of me, I am 34 now and I finally had a chance to speak to him. I have always wondered if there was a way to file child support on him because my mom struggled to take care of me he never even called me in all that time, now he is old and trying to contact me and I am not accepting the excuse that he was on drugs and just got his life together. What can I do?

They are profiting from it, after all.

I don't think they should be able to have their cake (harvest user generated content for profit) and eat it too (not being responsible for bad stuff on the site).

Treason is one of the crimes with no statute of limitations. She has continualy showed her true alliance with the forces aligned against the US. Even going so far as the infamous trip to Hanoi.
All of these were grounds for criminal prosecution///but her familys influence at the time prevented it. Should we do it now?

Prisoners receive anything they need in our government run programs for inmates. If they have Cancer, they can get the best treatments and drugs. The same goes for any ailment including gunshots and fractures , which they have asked for most likely in the first place. They aren't contributing to society, but are actually sucking up our resources which we all work so very hard for. Why should the inmates get better care than my father who can't get medicine to help his blood counts in his cancer treatment and time of need? He worked hard all his life. Please explain this to me. Why should our State Governments be afraid of them and their complaints more than they are concerned for our familes?

my GF at the time anyway, decides to call the police to have them move me out of her house once i find she's addicted, of course rather than wait a few extra days for me to gather my belongings. but, i've just been served a sabpenoa to produce two years of every video and picture of said ex girlfriend, which of course contain several instances of her extraneous activities. In an attempt to gain some pity vote, I was 12 hours from calling my own civil attorney as my ex wife two days earlier had once again interfered with my visitation of my kiddos. 12 hours from making the call 18 months into a custody case and the person i trusted more than anyone in the world called the police and did exactly what her favorite t shirt says, "lie like you mean it". but, i've got video of her doing something illegal several times. do i share it w/the police?- Oh, and no, I didn't and wouldn't, it's beneth me. I've got two daughters I have the responsibilty of drilling into their heads how to avoid that

There is no excuse for abortions, ladies keep your legs closed. Should you get pregnant by a rape, I am truely sorry, and feel for your pain, but everything that happens to us in our lives is suppose to happen. Everything that we go through is all apart of our life plan.

First off it would bring in more tax dollars. Be sides drinking is worse, but it's legal, and you can't or don't tax it if you sit at a bar, and drink.( GO FIGURE ) The tax revenues off it alone could house all our homeless or allow every American health care.

If a veteran of the US Military is medically discharged and given a disability severence pay. This severence pay is taxed at the time of discharge. However, the veteran finds out 4 years later that the severence pay should not have been taxed and he requests a refund. However, the IRS declines to return a refund to the veteran because it is beyond three years. The IRS would have refunded the money if the request was made within 3 years. Is this stealing?
