Help - I am in a sticky situation! I was in a car accident last year...?

as a passenger and it was all the driver's fault. I am in the process of suing b/c the pain & suffering offer was pathetic. Has anyone else gone through something like this? Any suggestions with how long to expect to be battling this? Is it worth all the frustration?

Not disabled, thank goodness - but I was hurt badly and I am still recovering. I have a lawyer, I'm just wondering if this thing is going to be a long haul.....

usually in a year for small cases. if it goes to court 1-3 years. If you are disable you should do it. ask another lawyer what they think
