If you are the sole surviving son of a family, can you be drafted if the draft is reinstated?

if the parents are still young enough to produce children, then i think you are draft eligible. im not sure of the age though.

but if youre not married and unemployed theyd problably draft you.

but if the war got bad enough, theyd probably draft you.

lets just pray we never have to.

If the draft is reinstated, no doubt the existing regulations/policies regarding the draft will be changed also to protect certain potential draft age individuals. By that I mean the lawmakers will make certain there are 'loopholes' to protect their own.
