Pretty much all of them. The rights enumerated in the United States Constitution (in particular, the Bill of Rights) are not bestowed by any nation. Rather they are the symbol of a civilized society. That is why we must defend each of those rights, even when we disagree with a particular case and even when it involves an illegal alien. It is the rock upon which a civilized America is built.

Too many!!!!!!! If any!!!!!!! Yesterday I had to go to my local social services office and as I was siting there reading my info. I was shocked to see that you can get welfare in NY state if you are an alien with children! Here I am applying for help because we have 4 kids and my husband work 60 hrs a week and we struggle, and these people can just walk in apply for and get benefits! What is up with this country? Why should illegal immigrants be able to get help? They come to this country because they don't have to work they can get welfare! Are all states this way? New York state has the HIGHEST taxes in the country and we give welfare to illegals, but I may not be able to get help for my own American family. Aliens should have NO rights!!!!!!!!!

The Constitutional rights are reserved for US citizens. However, illegal aliens do have the right to go home.
