my GF at the time anyway, decides to call the police to have them move me out of her house once i find she's addicted, of course rather than wait a few extra days for me to gather my belongings. but, i've just been served a sabpenoa to produce two years of every video and picture of said ex girlfriend, which of course contain several instances of her extraneous activities. In an attempt to gain some pity vote, I was 12 hours from calling my own civil attorney as my ex wife two days earlier had once again interfered with my visitation of my kiddos. 12 hours from making the call 18 months into a custody case and the person i trusted more than anyone in the world called the police and did exactly what her favorite t shirt says, "lie like you mean it". but, i've got video of her doing something illegal several times. do i share it w/the police?- Oh, and no, I didn't and wouldn't, it's beneth me. I've got two daughters I have the responsibilty of drilling into their heads how to avoid that

hold on there cowboy, i caught her, warned, threatened, promised her is what I did that if she didn't get help, not only would i be gone but her kids would too. and only after a respectful and sincere approach to what I suspected, i'm not a bum. i'm a dad, and speaking of money, a broke one. now some $23k into it, i'm loosing my faith. I know the answer, just hard to do. her company is being sued for something a direct report did while on her watch and the law firm suing knows what I've got. they'll see it before the man does. i got the subpeano (sp?) last night.

The police cannot subpoena you to share your personal videos/pictures of your ex-girlfriend from two years. This is a human rights violation, unless the videos show her committing an act which causes direct harm to others (like committing a murder or a burglary).

Sounds to me like you are in the middle of a custody battle and YOU want to use evidence to undermine her credibility, not that you have been compelled by the police to do so.
