It is legal to work up to 13 day's in a row without a day off. After that you have to take a day off! If you don't the place you work for can get in legal trouble.

First, nobody can make you work. That is a personal choice. A person may work, or they may not work. The decision not to work has serious financial consequences. Second, there are rules about breaks during a shift of work, but not about the number of days worked consecutively.

it depends on how you hired in, I worked for sba on hurricane ivan,,I agreed to work as needed,,I was 5 weeks without a day off ,7 days a week, 12 hours a day
