I am in a sticky situation hoping that I can get a answer .
Travelled to US for aToronto/Buf game in the US , unfortunately I got stopped and was refused entry for a crime that is dated back about 15 years ago. To make the story short I hired a a so called specialist to complete my US Waiver for me . I know that this can be a very tedious process and expected it to take time. After paying her via moneyorder 5 elapsed and called to know the status of my application. She said it was going along smoothly and it will take a couple more weeks. I said " no problem" , but please keep me informed. 6 weeks have gone by and still nothing yet, called and felt very strange with her response, I felt that she was making excuses of it not being ready. she had sent me an invoice indicating that my appl. is complete please forward final payment and apllication will be prompty mailed. Cashed cheque, still waiting for completed forms. What do I do to get my applic? Note: avoided all phone calls

i am 18. i just got fired for stealing about 15$ of alcohol. i also helped my friend steal some and he is 17 (a minor). i ended up paying for everything and settled with my boss and he agreed to not press any charges or contact the cops over it. my stepmother has not acted very warm-heartedly over this. is she actually capable of getting me in trouble with the cops, and possibly to court and so on? for this i don't think it matters too much, but i live in montana. thanks a bunch

We pulled our daughter out of her daycare following the provider having roaches in the kitchen, not following our orders (not putting our daughter outside on extremely cold days with a runny nose), and requiring us to medicate a runny nose that doctors and pharmacist said to let run its course untreated.

We had 2 heated discussions with thte provider with no positive results, she was absolutely unwilling to work with us. So we pulled her out as soon as we found another provider.

The old provider sent us a letter demanding her last 2 weeks payment per contract...however I don't feel she is entitled to the payment, because she didn't fulfill her end of the contract or look out for my child's best interests. If I don't pay her she is claiming to take us to small claims court ($200 owed payment)...Should I pay her or fight it?

The abuse of people in pornograghy which is thrust into the faces of of young people who begin to think that this sort of sexual acts are normal and entangle themselves then become the abused.Young people are so impressionable in everyway .The united states of american uses a USC approval on pornograghic material and web sites allowing the viewing of sexual material showing young people how to catch aids through anal sex ,seeing young woman with a penis in her anal passage? is this promoting human rights abuses and provided by United states of america .America the free country i do not think so ,more like the sick and infested country who have there morals in there anal passage.America has to lead human rights abuse on there own door step before invading and infesting other countrys with this abuse of women in media circles and in homes .What has become of the family unit?.Terrorists should not bomb innocent people when they should look at destroying people who destroy young people.

i mean. what does it mean when a man has had several crimes committed against him and his family. had performed investigations for his and family benefit. took informations to people who should have been gratefull for this work which nobody else would do for him and then be told by a lawyer not to talk to anybody about these crimes. and the police say that these crimes are not their business but that i should contact a certain government branch. uhmm...which one was it now....?....telecommunications maybe. or/and health care.

what...?...do i have 3 heads or am i being denied my rights as a canadian citizen...?

why can't i know how much endangered is myself and my family..?

and i should must again re-iterate that we in canada are living in a secret adversarial legal community where millions of men and women have been socially conditioned to love money and do what you must to earn it. and many of these same men and women are professionals in the legal and medical communities....are also so busy trying to not sink into the social mess of their own creation. whether they have contributed by catapulting their subserviences by especially interested possibilities (feminism) or have remained quiet but have benefitted by the same possibilities.

i mean...seriously. who recommends to take their child(ren) into places of institutions which are government established for the purpose of benefitting the deceivers and thieves of established (or trying for establishment) community. is there something wrong with my own vision or are people in canada a little dumb for not knowing what is a safe or unsafe place for children..?

true...i am now more aware than ever...

I cannot understand how the courts can order a person to be a part-time parent to their own child when they are willing and able to be a full-time one to them. I have always encouraged the other parent to pursue a full-time relationship with our child, but all I get is no for an answer. The courts had no other reason than the other parent's wish not to be around me, as a good reason for ordering our lives to be this way. Our families are terribly saddened by this and it has split my child in two. Not to mention splitting the two sibblings apart every other week for a week at a time and at such crucial stages in their lives. They don't understand how to bond to one another, and no one wants to help us or even give us hope. My child goes through much emotional and physical stress, as she is only 2.5 yrs. old. Why does the law think it's better to have 2 part time parents than 1 full time and 1 part time when there is no conflicts between them other than personal want and gain?

about a former employee trying to get down his pants that talks bad about him behind his back. She quit not too long ago and blabbed out all the dirty emails he sent her. Now she is still emailing him and still talking bad about him behind his back. She also hangs around a former employee that was fired by him that wanted to sue him for sexual harassment. I'm worried something bad will happen to him that could effect his entire staff. What do you suggest.

If you had fake money, but you didn't know it was fake because you didn't know how to tell the difference, could you still get in trouble for it?

i've heard that if they get a good lawyer its possible..... i know here in the great state of Georgia if they step foot in your home and you feel threatened you are fully in your legal rights to shoot them or stab them or hit them... whatever you deem necessary. I don't see why it should ever be any other way.
