If you got caugth with 50 pills and 7 g of speed whjat would the sentance be for first offence and not intent to supply ?

I don`t see how you could not be charged with intention to supply !
Being caught with that amount of pill`s & speed ( both class A drug`s ) warrant`s prosecution for possesion & intent to supply !
For your first offence you could expect upto 3 years in prison for intent to supply !
If however you have only been charged with possesion ( consider yourself lucky ) then you might be lucky to escape with community service , as the new rules state that sentencing to prison should be used as a last resort !

I doubt you'll get away with that amount of illegal drugs being treated as personal use. It's far too much for one person to consume.
Are you aware that you'll get treated as a dealer, even if you're giving them to friends without charging? Even if you just collected them for friends, it's dealing....
Get legal advice. You might want to enrol on a drug rehab programme or get along to some narcotics help meetings. If you can show that you're taking action to resolve your habit, it'll make a huge difference.
It might be the difference between prison or community service!!

either probation and or a suspended sentence of 3 - 6 months jail time with comunity work or 3 - 6 months incarceration

but thats just for posetion of a controled substance 50 pills is intent to sell and ur either lucky thats not the charge but id say jailtime

I wouldn't get caught in the first place because I won't go near that stuff, but those quantities would be difficult to account for as personal use so my best bet would be Jail

If it is shown that there is no intent to sell or supply, and it is for personal use, then a first offense would get probation

Personally, I'd put you against a wall and shoot you!! But this country is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, so you'll probably get community service at most - ffs they don't even lock peedo's, murderers or rapists up, so I don't think they'll put you away in the poky!!

Better go ask the judge, anything we say here will just be guessing and it depends on the city you got caught/will go to court in.

i think you would get done with intent to supply if you got cought with a tick list you would probably go down.

Either one of those is enough to fall in the "intent to distribute" category, IIRC.
