A: To a single father complaining about the unfairness of the Family Court system. "If you don't like paying child support you should of thought of that before you unzipped your pants and fathered a child."

B) To a single mother complaining about her refugee husband who is not paying: "You should have thought about this before spreading your legs with such an irresponsible person and getting pregnant!"

some sort of drug screening. Do you think since I have a good job and my taxes are being used to support welfare and government assited people, I think they should under-go a drug screen in order to receive my tax money. Fair or Not??? (I belive it might help shape up the failing poverty problem and force people to get a job!)

I'm thinking about making out a Will, Living Will, and Living Trust. I see the advertisements in the paper for these kits that cost about $20. Is filling them out as good as having a Lawyer draw them up? Sounds a lot cheaper, but will they hold up in Court when I pass away?

My husband and I have decided we would like my aunt to have guardianship of our children shoudl anythign happen to us. The problem is that the lawyer we intend to see about this is an hour away and I'm not sure with his job how soon we can get out there. I'm hoping to be able to at least call and schedule an appointment bext month. But it never fails that something comes up that we have to delay things!
My husband is afraid they will be sent to his parents, and neither of us want for our children what he and his brother had growing up! My parents are pretty much out of the question as well for other reasons. There are other family members that we would be OK with but really we think my aunt is the best option open to us.
My question is, is there anything we can do NOW to ease our minds that if something should happen before we get there that they are sent to the person we have chosen?

My neighbor according to other neighbors is having sex with many members of the Anaheim police department while they are on duty at her home. THis woman also uses her sexual power to get the police to harass the neighbors by making false reports. Recently she lied on me, and had my children taken away. Now the State of California at 341 The City Drive in Orange California refuse to give them back, keep giving me false hope and lie on me to everyone involved in the case. I can't find an attorney alive to help me. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else had a malicious person call the child protection hotline on them and lied to get revenge by having your children taken away?

This powerfull document has been void for almost a century. Our rights have been stripped and our legal system has been codified into a system of "public Law" in which we are penlized for statutes(60 million of them) that we don't even know. Even Law students .

We are now in a form of 'Coup" with a president that we the people never voted in. This guy has us engaed in a war and he shouldn't even be in office. A child could understand that

Are we as Americans Blind, Punks, or have none of us ever really read our Constitution, which clearly puts this government in violation. I t has been in violation for almost 100 yrs now, when they begin to exchange real money with Promissary notes.
