I'm going to juvenile court in 2 weeks, and I'm going to court for charges unrelated to drugs, but I commited a felony. When I go to the court I first need to visit a probation officer, and I was wondering if i will have to take a drug test?

Probably not. Depending on the jurisdiction, drug screens are not normally required of Juvenile Offenders...even for drug related issues.

This will probably change once your case has been adjudicated. If you are placed in detention, they may drug screen you. In addition, the Judge may order random drug screens as this is increasingly done as a matter of course.
