My neighbor according to other neighbors is having sex with many members of the Anaheim police department while they are on duty at her home. THis woman also uses her sexual power to get the police to harass the neighbors by making false reports. Recently she lied on me, and had my children taken away. Now the State of California at 341 The City Drive in Orange California refuse to give them back, keep giving me false hope and lie on me to everyone involved in the case. I can't find an attorney alive to help me. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else had a malicious person call the child protection hotline on them and lied to get revenge by having your children taken away?

Yes, several years ago a school principal called CPS on me because I wouldn't medicate my kids with psychiatric drugs. She made me sound like a monstrous child abuser and my kids to be potential serial killers! Fortunately the caseworker was thorough in his investigation and my Family doctor vouched that my kids were not dangerous, just being boys, and did not need the drugs.
CPS is the agency of manipulation that people will choose when they want to get their way with you. There are so many false reports and so many children needlessly removed that it's a wonder any child is left in their own natural home anymore.
I wouldn't give up on getting an attorney. So many people are angry about these child removals that if you persist I bet you will find some one who wants to stick their neck out for you.

1) Start keeping a photographic log of each and every officer that enters her home. Mark it with dates, times and names, if available.
2) The state should have done a home visit to determine whether your children were being abused or not. They obviously found some evidence to support this woman's claims if they took your children. States do not simply remove children from stable environments for no reason, sorry to say.
3) Have you contacted Legal Aid? Have you gotten, in writing, what you will need to to do get your kids back? What are the charges? Can you prove that these reports are false?
Unfortunately, the concept of innocent until proven guilty is long gone...

Call the District Attorney's office and find out what charges have been leveled against you. Get pictures of all the customer's
that frequent your neighbor's home. Description of their cars and pictures of them as well. When you get enough proof then take the evidence to the district attorney as well. Good luck with getting your kids back.

I would contact an invetigative jounalist wwith either the local paper or tv news and tell them your story . if they investigate your allegations against your neighbor and the police theyll fix her wagon and youll have the evidence you need toget your kids back. And yes when my daughter died I took her daughter in. the father is no show but MY daughters bio-donor was a pain in the a**. A career criminal who has spent 16 of the last 19 years behind bars keeps trying to get custody of her. I wouldnt let him have custody of my cat!!!!Well he called cps on me . I was investgated but everything was fine.LUcky for me the worker was a good one She investigated him and realized he was nuts. THey recommended only supervised visits for him.Now he doesnt bother with her he only wanted her to hurt me. Act right away the longer the state has them the harder it will be to get them back.
