You are applying for a marriage license while you have an outstanding arrest warrant ?
You are not the brightest bulb in the basket are you ?
I would suggest making it a time saving trip and pick up the forms for divorce court while you are there because that one has doomed stamped on it !

Do you think this warrant is just gonna go away? Eventually you will be pulled over one day - when you are least expecting it. As soon as they run your name and social they will know who you are and take you in. Your best bet...take care of the warrant. I have no idea what its for, but contact an attorney and take care of this thing. Do you really want to be riding somewhere with your new wife and get arrested in front of her? Time to grow up bud.....Tell your girl that you have a part of your past you need to take care of and clean up before you get married. She will stand by you and understand.

You broke the law. Turn yourself in and get your life straightened out before you drag a wife into the equation. But if you don't want to just go to the courthouse and try to apply for the license. They may or may not recognize your name.

you'll be aressted if you have any police contact.. most likely or if someone like a investigator is looking for you.or you turn your self in. I doubt you'll be arrested unless your caught .. they could catch you from the address you provide on your liscence though.. my advice .. turn yourself in asap once you get your personal matters handeled .. it will look good if you turn yourself in rather than getting caught and possably faceing another charge..if your out on bond your bondsman will be trying to track you. My advice get it over with and do your sentance and get it over with..and get out and make sure you don't make the same mistakes
