If you are asking if you can sue for your allowance money, or something like that, then, generally speaking, NO. Most parents give their children money in the form of allowance, or for specific purchases. These allowances are gifts. They are not earned (generally) by the children and the the children have no right to demand such allowances, or enforce any allowance agreements in court.

You should consult with a lawyer in your area.
