Because the governments of the world give people the right to have their say about what other people do or say. We are governed in how much water we can use (Australia), what we can built on our own property. What things you can say, and do, so people have become very judgemental due to this.

Is this a broad based question, or does it refer to anything in general. Are you asking why we are so stubborn in our political views? Because it's how we are raised. If you are asking about illegal immigrants, I want them to go back home. If you are asking about Bush, I dislike him because he is a liar. If you are asking as a Christian, then I would say that you are judging me by making that statement.

People had perceptions of others. Thus, they like to judge others which is bad. Judgment must be good if constructive criticism. There should be only good judges in life.
