about a former employee trying to get down his pants that talks bad about him behind his back. She quit not too long ago and blabbed out all the dirty emails he sent her. Now she is still emailing him and still talking bad about him behind his back. She also hangs around a former employee that was fired by him that wanted to sue him for sexual harassment. I'm worried something bad will happen to him that could effect his entire staff. What do you suggest.

Please realize by personal involvement chances are you will lose out all the way around. This is what usually happens in such nasty situations.

Your best tactic is to duck from the gunfire, do your work, stay out of the mess and just go on as best you can. You are not responsible for the actions of other people in such a situation. You are, I am sorry, allowing yourself to be sucked into something that is not for you to meddle in. As well do not add fuel to the fire by gossipping of this with fellow employees. Just keep silent about it.

Poop happens. This woman will eventually stop, her credibility ruined. He is a big boy and can handle the fallout of this situation. Let the boss also deal with morale of his employees. That is why he is called the BOSS. Besides, it does not sound as if he is really a victim here. Perhaps he will keep his pants on next time, even the ones he wears in his emails.

The most you can do is be there in case he needs a shoulder to cry on. It is not hard to commiserate without getting involved, by keeping yourself to non-committal comments in this eventuality. When such situations blow over, as they inevitably do, you will be remembered as someone who had the common sense to use your good sense, not someone who helped make a messy situation messier.

I hope this helps!

You could always order a hit out on the nasty little employee or just do it yourself. A decent rifle with a med power scope on it will do the trick. Just pick a good location with concealment, that way you can get away with it. This way the employer never need know how he was being used and abused.

This employment will self-destruct in 10 seconds.....So just stay away from it. If you get close to this, it is likely to explode all over you.

If he is sending dirty emails to an employee, then they probably deserve each other.

Stay as far away from this as you possibly can.

I work in an office environment and purposely chose the office that was as far away from everyone else as I could for this very reason!
