we are both in our late 30s and make about the same amount of money.but 5yrs ago he went thru a nasty divorce which left him in debt.the reason being is he allowed his exwife to make him feel guilty about leaving his family so he gave her everything car, bank accounts, stocks, house plus a large child support payment.i feel this was his chose(except child support) and he should have thought about this before he allowed his ex to get the better of him.if i give him the money(which i could)what stops him from giving her more when she poors on the guilt trip which she does all the time.i know this makes me sound like a b-tch but how would you feel if the ex wife gets to go on cruises(on your bfs child support money) and your bf has just enough money to go to the next state with you? this really happened!am i a bad person because i don't want to fund her next trip?

I dont want the father of my child to have any say, He has already said he is planning on just sending a check every month. But I want to protect myself of him having any rights at all.. So really I want him to never be able to go for custody or be able to say what or how my child is raised, yet still take financial responsibility.. How would someone do this and in what case will judge allow this..

We have to go to court for a support order in a few months to establish the child support and I have found out he is moving out of his house, possibly selling it, selling his cars. Can he get out of child support by doing those things?

Found some vacant land we are interested in buying . We contacted the realtor about it to get the address. She told us to go to her website to find out further info. (she said she was out of town) We did, and there wasn't an address listed. Anyway.... talked to another realtor who is the mom of a friend of ours. And she contacted this realtor to ask her. Well, the realtor was sick, blah, blah, blah..... she'd call back in a few days. She didn't. So the our friend's mom called again. This time she gave a different story. For whatever reason she will not give us any information. Is there anything we can do??

I rented this home with the understanding that for the rent I would be paying, certain things would be done to the home, for example, the owners would put in some sort of back yard- something simple, just lawn, and a patio where the kids can play. They would put blinds on all windows to ensure security and privacy-I'm a single mom surrounded by two story homes and regular yard maintenance. None of these things have been done after a year of being here! I keep getting excuses. I've already given my notice to be out by the end of Feb., but now they are saying they will sue me. What the hell for? I haven't done anything!!! Help! I'm a little frightened - I don't want problems from them - they seem a little crazy to me and the lady is a total be-och!

Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, aHe was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.a

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obamaas mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obamaas expected presidential candidacy

Something that's been gnawing at me for a while: Fall Out Boy's name is an obvious reference from "The Simpsons" (The sidekick of comic book star Radioactive Man). Apparently the band did not know where the reference came from before choosing the name, and when they found out its origin, they feared litigation from Fox. The people behind The Simpsons are aware of the name, and have taken no action.
---
My question(s) is/are: Does a case like this constitute Fair Use? Is using a name in a completely unrelated field allowable? Might it fall under parody?

Or is Fox within its rights to give the band a Cease and Desist order? Do their completely unrelated fields work against Fox in establishing potential confusion in the marketplace?

i guess i didn't make myself clear on my last question.. i have to go to court next month for my ex whom my boyfriend and i have a restraining order against. i never officially called it off with him, but rather through the cops and the restraining order. he is violent, abusive, and i am frankly terrified. he has broken the order many times through showing up and voice mails(which the police and prosecuter have), and each time he has we have it recorded through the police. i am very worried about seeing him in court and even more worried about retaliation after the fact through him and through other parties. he knows where i live, where my boyfriend lives and works, and doesn't really give a rats ***.. how do i live a normal life with this demon in my past, which will carry onto my future?

to deal with the creditors however I thought I had done my research on the company. (I did research on several companies and I guess this one slipped through the tracks) but when I went back, I discovered the company had many complaints against them.

Is there anyway to discard or null and void the power of attorney before they take any more money out of my account?
