I know someone who works at a car dealership as a lot attendant supervisor and he is required to work six days a week because the only other lot attendant was fired. Is he legally required to do this?

How long will it be before FBI sends in the assassins to take out a man who supposedly didn't pay his taxes. I think it's horse piss, our government makes laws as it goes along. FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW THE INCOME TAX LAW IS ILLEGAL. Ask any one to show you the income tax law, there is not one. My self I support him in his effort against this injustice. As more evidence came out, we now know that Army Rangers took out the Davidians. Could it happen again, I'm sure it will.

My wife received a letter in the mail today from someone she went to grade school with. She was not good friends with him or anything, but he is currently in jail for murdering his girlfriend's child! He got our address from an acquaintance of my wife, someone also from school, but she doesnt talk to this person really anymore. Anyway, this guy said he might be getting out in the summer if his appeal goes well, and wants my wife to write him back to let him know we got the letter ok. His mom just died, so he has no family. I am VERY upset that he got our address from this other person, we never authorized it, and now I have to worry about the safety of my wife and our son? I live in an apartment, so its not really that difficult to move if we have to, but what should I do? Should she just ignore his letter and let him think it was a wrong address? Should she write him and tell him that were moving all around and not sure where we're going to be? I dont know what to do! HELP!!!

My employer informed me that once I have logged 1250 hours for the past 12 month period, that I will begin accumulating FMLA time again. For example, I called off on FMLA on 02/17/2006 and they said as of 02/17/2007 I would get 8 hours back. Then the anniversary of my next FMLA related calloff I would get another 8 hours back. I understood FMLA that once I logged 1250 hours for the previous 12 months that the 12 week allotment started over again. So which is it? Thanks!

It was 2 late to speak w/an attorney 2day - I adopted them as infants and told her that she can see them when they are 18. I live in my mom's home and now my mom is setting her up to move in next door w/another sister. My mother and I have gotten into it before about my letting my sister see them. She's supposed to be starting a ged program (she's 30) Monday. Mind you, my mother isn't letting her move in w/her (My mom adopted my sis's infant daughter) because it didn't work out before. I'm uncomfortable and feel I'm being forced to interact with her. Do I have any legal rights?

When I joined Curves & paid the fee, I wasn't told that it was a Christian-oriented company. I don't want someone else's religious views shoved down my throat every time I work out, no matter whether I share those views or not. Shouldn't they have to notify people that they'll be prosletyzed to when they join the program?

I read somewhere in Germany that a man stood a few feet infront of the police in a heavy trafic area and held a sign which reminded people of the speed limit. This caused the drivers to slow down and not get caught by the police. Is that legal to do in America?

When I was about 7, my Mom's boyfriend tried to molest me. Somehow I had the smarts to know the situation was wrong, and I ran out of the house. I have no memory of anything else happening before or after this day, in regards to innapropriate behavior.

When I was about 9 or 10 I told my Mom, but he was long gone by then. For years now, I have wondered if there is anything I could do in regards to this? I know his full name, where he might live (or at least where his parents live). I just feel by not saying anything long ago, I have put other kids at risk. I often wonder if he did anything to my little sister who would of been 4 at the time.

I am now 25, so I assume it is way too old to even bother. I tried to search online, couldn't find anything. Does anyone know more abou the time limits to report such things?

Thanks

I have filed a report and she has actually admittted to the cops that she used it but I was informed today that she will probably not receive hardly any punishment! How is this possible and can I do more to make sure she is punished? The card limit was $2000 she charged aproximately $500 and even made returns and credits to the card from Walmart.

You are innocent until proven guilty or is it you are guilty until proven innocent... I know which one it is, but my friend and i made a bet and he said that you are guilty until proven innocent. He just wants it in writing from someone or anyone out there. For some reason he does not believe me, hopefully with the help of yahoo answers you can help me prove my point.
