what is the question? do I agree with this proposed law or do I agree that he has opposed it? Is it a law or is it a bill for a law?
I guess it sounds OK as a proposed law but I am not sure he opposed it, but I suppose it may be the type of thing he would oppose if he is very liberal.
There is a federal law that makes it illegal to transport a girl acorss state lines for an immoral purpose so maybe that is what you are thinking of. the question is then " is it immoral to get an abortion" The answer would have to be NO. it is moral and legal in most states. they should not pass laws that attempt to control what is morality, especially if the morals are part of a religious belief. those should be voluntary.

Why would they have to cross the state line? Abortion is leagal in all 50 states. As far as minors being able to get abortions, they should be able to but, contaceptives are a better birth control option.
When I was 17 my girlfriend got pregnant and we went to a clinic in Milwaukee and got an abortion. That was 29 years ago and I have never regretted it.

He is as left as you can go. He makes Hillary look moderate. He also was hooked on coke and is a heavy smoker.His middle name is Hussein He is not black . He is half black half Hawaiian. He has no new ideas. He is very anti gun. very pro abortion. For big government, and has some shady deals in his past. And he has done nothing in the 2 years he has been a US senator he is not a muslim as another stated.His father is but he is not.

I do. I don't agree with one thing I heard about his stance on abortion. If the fetus survives the abortion....he said not to treat it. I don't agree with that.

unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor is redundant. it fairly is not legal to have intercourse with any minor interior america. the information reminds people who it is illegitimate so it would not sound like they think of sexual intercourse with a minor is a solid element.
