If the person filing this has dates and times on it that dont match does that efftect the outcome of the filed restriaing order?

it depends on type of restraining orders. It could be a tpo temporary restraining order if dates do not match make sure the person restrained has the lesser date on it before u go back then u go to hearing w person w restraining order on another person and courts resolve the problem if restrainer does not show up case closed and they have to file for another and yes it does reflect in court only never ever go where ur not wanted this sounds personal

Usually not. The person completes an affidavit and the judge will read it and ask some questions. If the date/time info is bogus the judge might throw it out. However, it the date/time is just a typo or best guess by the petitioner, it should not matter.
