Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, aHe was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.a

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obamaas mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obamaas expected presidential candidacy

Thanks for all that information, it is really important that people become aware of the background of candidates, and not just vote based on their campaign propaganda, the enemies of America are always saying that we are not very sophisticated voters to say the least, it is crucial that we prove them wrong. But I would never vote for anyone whose name rhymes with osama.

After reading your "question" I feel ashamed that (probably) you and I live in the same country. I have no clue if Obama is a Muslim and quite frankly what the hell would it matter. Do you have any idea how many Muslims don't go out on extreme jihads to blow stuff up? Yet simply the possibility of him being a member of a wide group of people, some of who happen to dislike America, you think that hes going to suicide bomb the white house.

If he's Muslim then thats great, if hes Christian that's great, if he's an atheist that's great, we are all allowed to practice our own religion in this country. If you think you are better than somebody because they are different then you are just ignorant.

Oh yes, I got this e-mail from a friend, too.Right in the message I got there was a link to the origion of the rumors. It says that some of the things in the e-mail are not true and even call it an "urban legend". So for whoever reads this - if you are inclined to believe that chain e-mail - do the research for yourselves to find out the truth.

Who cares what religion he is! By the way, I strongly doubt that any radical Muslim would marry a divorced atheist who has a child???? It sounds made up...but nice try

Are random emails your normal means of research?

Your email was false - you reprinting it here is disingenuous.

I too have received this e-mail. It isn't listed as a hoax at hoax busters which is where I check on weird sounding emails I get. So I'm guess there must be a lot of truth in it.
