First citizen's powers in India are very wide but subject to . . . . . . . Unless the Parliament recommends he can't act on his own. The Parliament is nothing but conglomeration of elected politicians of all the parties. We can't expect the politicians to recommend for an action against their own wrong doings.

It the in thing that we blame politicians for everything. Most of them are incompetent to do even wrong thing. The real evil is our all powerful and huge bureaucracy. The problem is, we Indians do not elect able administrators who can controll this bunch. We elect small time pretenders and call them politicians and abuse them. STOP ELECTING THE SMALL CHAPS, FORGET WHICH PARTY HE/SHE BELONGS. SEND ABLE PEOPLE TO RIGHT PLACES. India will be different

becuase he is not a member of any political party,he has no workers to set him up. i thnk that he is the only & lonly fellow that i ever seen.
